what is stress ?
“It may be defined as the state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances.it is also a form of mental unstability where a person is not able to hold his emotions which could result into living a unconfident and a unhappy life.”
Causes of stress
We know that for a crop to grow there must have been a seed definately sown.so while getting through stress we definately do not know what were the causes or the situations that caused stress.

Bullying:-
In our childhood times we have all come across this word bullying has been a primitive cause for stress which resites into the minds of childrens and haunts them throughout their life.A majority of students get bulliyed during their childhood days which sometimes result into a lifelong cause for stress.

why don’t we take a example to state this.”In india we follow a race a rat race we see that rat is moving very fast and our parents also put us into that rat race without knowing do we like to be in that race? what if i wanted to fly ?Making our carrier options limited to a set of rules decided by the so called society and what will others say? this phrase has destroyed many lives and giving a drift to many lives towards the pond of stress and unhappiness.
