All of want to be successful in life but success does not comes easily to us. We have to face several hardships and challenges of life. Here is one more story that will motivate you that how honesty can help you to move ahead in life. Let me share a story with you all. Mr. Ramesh Ahuja, CEO of a top reputed company was now getting old and weak. So he thought of appointing a new CEO who can look after his company and take the company to new heights. There were so many people aspiring to become next CEO. Mr. Ahuja thought of doin a trick to select the next CEO. So he gave a pouch to each one of the aspiring CEO’s and asked them to open it only when they reach home. Everyone was so much surprised to get this pouch . The aspirants were equally excited about what would be the possible thing inside it. Everyone was eager to reach home. Rahul was also one of the aspirants. When he reached home, he opened the pouch and found handful of seeds inside it. He understood the test. Next day back home, he drew his car towards nursery and bought a pot, mud and fertilizers. After reaching home he sowed the seeds in the pot. He decided to monitor the growth of the plant on daily basis. Every day he came back home, he checked the plant but there was no sprouts. He reached office next day and discussed the issue with his colleagues. every one boosted of the growth of their plants. Rahul felt sad. The same continued for upcoming months. After one Year, Mr Ahuja decided to call back his employees and decided to check the results. Every one came with their plants which bore flowers and seeds. Rahul came with his pot with saddened hard. All pots were kept in a room and employees were asked to leave. After few hours Mr. Ahuja cam back to announce the results of the Next CEO of the company. Everyone hwas excited and waiting for the result. “Rahul will be taking over after me” said Mr. Ahuja Everyone clapped and Rahul was shocked. He humbly thanked Mr Ahuja. Mr Ahuja then addressing the gathering disclosed the reason for success of Rahul. The seeds given by Mr Ahuja were dead seeds and could not have bore any fruits or flowers it meant all others replaced their seeds to get attention and post of CEO.   So my dear students, it is very important to remember that may whatever problems come in your life be honest and truth full. The success is bound to follow. If you want to succeed in your life, you have to be committed towards your goal and purse towards it with full enthusiasm and efforts. If you loose your consistency or change your path very frequently there are chances that may take you away from the success. All the best for future endeavours.
