GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test Of Engineering) is held every year for the students who want to pursue post graduation from higher educational institutions of India like IIT’s and NIT’s. Not only this, GATE exam is also preferable because GATE score card is now a days very useful for getting a government job. Lakhs of Engineering students every year apply for GATE exam and this year also many students are aspiring to appear in GATE 2015 examinations and take admission in Good educational institutions to pursue post graduation.
GATE 2015 Application form :
GATE 2015 Examination is to be held this year also similar to last year. Around 10-12 lakh students appear for GATE exam every year and this year also around 12 to 13 Lakh students will appear for GATE 2015. Students have been waiting for the official notification for the dates of application forms for GATE 2015. As per the official notification, GATE 2015 examination forms are to be made available from september 1, 2014 and last date for submission will be October 1 2014. Apply online for GATE 2015
GATE 2015 forms shall be made available from september 1, 2014. Consider the following points listed below while you apply for GATE 2015 application forms online :
- GATE 2015 forms will be made available at GATE Official website and link to the site is : http://gate.iitk.ac.in/GATE2015/
- GATE 2015 Online application forms shall be made available from 1 september 2014
- Last Date to submit this application form online will be 1 October 2014.
- Once you apply for GATE 2015 application form online, you will get a GOAPS login. This will be your account registration panel which will enable you to make certain changes. You can also request a change for Choice of Examination City. Last date to do so will be 21 Nov 2014
- Similar to last year, this year also, there is no method to apply for GATE 2015 through offline mode. You will be able to fill GATE 2015 application forms through online mode only.
- While you process the registration for GATE 2015, you will also be asked for Government approved Identity of the concerned person applying for GATE 2015 like PAN Card, Voter ID, Driving License , etc. Do remember, whatever document scanned copy you use for online application, remember to use the same ID to carry along with you while you visit the examination center to appear for the exam.

- For General/OBC Male candidates : Rs.1500
- For Women Candidates : Rs.750
- For General & OBC other candidates : Rs.1500
- For SC/ST/PD candidates : Rs.750
