UPSEE Counselling 2015 shall begin soon as the result of UPSEE 2015 has already announced by Uttra Pradesh Technical University few days ago. Candidates who qualify the entrance exam will be called up for counselling of UPSEE 2015. Counselling letters shall be available soon and candidates will have to download them after entering the roll no, course & date of birth. Documents Required During UPSEE Counselling :

Here we provide you a list of Documents Required During UPSEE Counselling 2015. Check out his carefully to avoid problems at the time of counselling.

  • UPSEE 2015 Admit Card.
  • Counselling Letter.
  • UPSEE 2015 Online registration slip (for JEE main candidates only).
  • Class 12th mark sheets
  • Class 12th/HCC certificate.
  • Mark sheet of the Qualifying Examination. 
  • Character certificate.
  • Certificate(s) in support of claim for ‘Sports Seats’. 

Other Documents required 

  • Domicile certificate, if applicable.
  • Category certificate for  OBC/SC/ST on the basis of which reserved quota seat is claimed. 
  • Subcategory certificate for Freedom fighters/Armed forces/Physically handicapped as  applicable
  • Certificate of being the Sons / Daughters of defence personnel of U.P. either retired (superannuated) or killed / disabled in action or defence personnel posted in U.P./defence personnel domicile of U.P. & posted outside U.P.
  • Income certificate for economically weak candidates.
  • GDDA category certificate, if applicable
  • Rural Weightage certificate, if applicable

 

Medical Certificate :

Medical Standards are described below.

  • Height, Weight & Chest Measurement : Candidate should be physically fit to pursue his/her studies in opted courses.
  • Heart & Lungs : No abnormality
  • Hernia, Hydrocele, Piles : Presence of any of these is to be corrected before joining.
  • Vision : Normal. If defective, it must be got corrected to 6/9 in the better eye and 6/12 in the worse one. Eyes should be free from congenital or any other disease.
  • Hearing : Normal. If defective, it must be got corrected before joining.
  • Physically Handicapped/ Disabled : The candidate having any one type of physical handicap/ disability given below.

Physically Handicapped / Disabled:

  • Type – I : Minimum 40% permanent visual impairment.
  • Type – II : Minimum 40% permanent Locomotors disability.
  • Type – III : Minimum 40% permanent speech and hearing impairment.

All qualified candidates of other streams (B.Arch/ B.Pharm/ B.Tech(Biotech)/B.HMCT/ B.FAD/ BFA/ Lateral entry to B.Tech 2 nd Year (Diploma & B.Sc.) / B.Pharm 2 nd Year (Diploma).
 June 20, 2015  40,001 to 70,000 (B.Tech Stream)

All qualified candidates of other streams (B.Arch/ B.Pharm / B.Tech(Biotech)/B.HMCT/ B.FAD/ BFA/ Lateral entry to B.Tech 2 nd Year (Diploma & B.Sc.) / B.Pharm 2 nd Year (Diploma).

UPSEE 2015 Document Verification :

After getting all the necessary information about Documents Required During UPSEE Counselling 2015, now check out UPSEE 2015 document verification procedure to completely understand the documentation process.

  • UPSEE 2015 qualified candidates have to present at the verfication centers for doucument verification as per the schedule which will be out soon.
  • Candidate has to submit documents specified above in original along with photocopies for verification.
  • Counselling letter for UPSEE 2015 must also be submitted at the verfication centers.
  • Candidate has to submit UPSEE 2015 counselling fee at hte verification center.
  • Candidates will receive a One Time Password (OTP)  on completion of verification. The OTP is needed to log in for choice filling.
