Procedure to submit result related grievances

Hello Guys,

AKTU has released the procedure how to submit result related grievances of students for ODD semester 2016-17 result. To know more about this circular please visit the following link: Procedure to submit result related grievances of students

University has formed the grievances committee and the members of the committee are:

  1. Prof. J.P. Pandey
  2. Prof. S.P. Shukla
  3. Dr. Deepak Nagaria
  4. DC Mishra
  5. Raj Kumar Yadav
  6. Shishir Dwivedi
  7. Devbrat Upadhyay

Institute has the link on their ERP dashboard from there they can submit the result grievances. Institue can select many subjects of that student where changes are desired in one grievance. Institue has to give the mobile number and mail id for correspondence before submitting the grievances. if the grievance is not resolved in one week, Institue can write the mail at resultgrievances@aktu.ac.in.

Updates Regarding the sessional & practical examination’s marks

Hello Guys,

AKTU has announced that all the institutes that are affiliated through AKTU have to upload the detailed marks of all their students, of all subjects of ODD SEMESTER 2016-17 on the university’s ERP Portal which can be viewed by the institute LOGIN. To check the official circular for the same, you can visit – Updates Regarding the  sessional & practical examination’s marks

The institutes have to make sure that the marks awarded by both the internal and external examiners are as per the subject wise evaluation scheme, that is available on the AKTU’s website. Also the AKTU has announced that any mistake made in updating the sessional marks as well as practical marks of any student in any of the subjects, the institute will themselves be responsible and no responsibility will be taken by the AKTU. If the institutes find any doubt or they have any questions regarding the updating of the sessional and practical exams marks, then before uploading the marks they may clear all their Doubts and Questions, by contacting Professor. S.P. Shukla, Dean Undergraduate studies and Entrepreneurship, on his email dean.ugse@aktu.ac.in.

Revised B.Tech. EC and EI 3rd year syllabus

Hello Guys,

University recently conducted the B.O.S meeting regarding the change in syllabus for 3rd-year branches.

As a result, the University updated the syllabus of 3rd-year B.Tech EC and EI related branches. To check the official circular for the same, you can visit – Revised B.Tech. EC and EI 3rd year syllabus

The new syllabus is updated for the following branches as mentioned below:

  1.  Electronics Engineering (EE)
  2. Electronics and Communication Engineering (EC)
  3. Electronics and Instrumental Engineering (EI)
  4. Instrumental and Control Engineering (IC)
  5. Applied Electronics and Control Engineering

Pending Odd Semester Result 2016-17

Hello Guys,

AKTU (Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University) conducted odd semester examinations 2016-17 batch for all courses a month back and it’s the time for results now. Everyone is eagerly waiting for their results.

University sent the circular to the colleges for speed up the evaluation process.To check the official circular for the same, you can visit – Digital Evaluation of Odd semester Result

As per the new circular, Copy evaluation is taking time and the process is very slow in the colleges.So the university requested the colleges to evaluate the answer sheet daily between 3 pm to 7 pm so that the colleges class will not get affected in the process.

To make sure that everything will go smoothly university wants to complete this process as soon as possible.

Student Verification in Odd Semester 2016-17

Hello Students,

As per the latest circular released from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), All the affiliated colleges needs to verify the tabulation sheet which is present in the ERP system of AKTU. They would also need to confirm the attendance of the students in the odd semester paper. To check the official circular for the same, you can visit –Student Verification in Odd semester

All the affiliated Colleges have to confirm the tabular sheet and need to confirm any disciplinary in the attendance of their students to the following email id along with the covering letter from the college.

  1. For B.Tech student email id provided by the university is attendance1617bt@aktu.ac.in
  2. For B.Pharm student email id provided by the university is attendance1617bhp@aktu.ac.in
  3. For M.B.A student email id provided by the university is attendance1617mba@aktu.ac.in
  4. For M.C.A student email id provided by the university is attendance1617mcaother@aktu.ac.in

Colleges need to send the email with covering letter before 14th February 2017 till 7 p.m.

University requested the colleges to send the verification confirmation as soon as possible so that university can roll out the result. Once this process is done.The Result will be declared soon.
