AKTU Scrutiny forms 2016 | AKTU Challenge Evaluation forms 2016

Hello friends, as most of the results are declared by the AKTU except 7th semester results. Some students are very satisfied with their results but some are not. So to reduce their curiosity about copies rechecking  we are providing some necessary details..

Scrutiny Forms 2016

In case you feel you should get more marks in any particular subject and you have been compromised, you are allowed to fill the scrutiny forms. Kindly note that Scrutiny does not involve the rechecking of your answer book. It just re-totaling of marks. In this the marks will be again summed up by the university to check if there was any totalling mistake. If there will be mistake marks will get updated.
To fill the Scrutiny forms you need to wait till the university gives any notification about the Scrutiny Forms 2016.
Challenge Evaluation Forms 2016
Challenge evaluation form is filled when you want the copy to be rechecked completely and wants that previous marking should not be considered while rechecking then Challenge form is filled. It’s fees is high approx Rs 5000 per subject. But if you win the challenge, your fees is refunded double the value you submitted.
Difference between Scrutiny  and Challenge Evaluation 
The only difference between these two is that in Scrutiny the university will only do re-totaling of marks and where in Challenge evaluation university without considering previous marks checks the copies again.
We suggest that the students must fill these forms if they are confident that they will get higher marks in scrutiny or challenge evaluation. Because this could also lead to something not good. As students can also get low marks than previously given in scrutiny or challenge evaluation.

Rule for Practical Exams: AKTU

As the AKTU University has declared a tentative date for the semester exams i.e. 12 May 2016. And practical exams are to be conducted before theory exams this year. For the practical exams, University has circulated a notification for practical exams. The practical exams in all the colleges of AKTU will now be conducted by the professors approved by university. The university has circulated the rules and regulations for this to the respective colleges. If any college will not allow professors approved by university to conduct practical exams then that college will be black listed. To take further steps in this, university has asked for list of faculties in various colleges. For this university will provide each college a user id, using this id the college will be able to upload the faculty list.

The step is taken due to avoid the problems in practical exams. There will faculties conducting the exams, who will not be related the respective college in any manner. The university is also taking steps for conducting the exams and declaring the results on time. The faculties will conduct total 5 practical exams. As previously colleges themselves decides the number of practical subjects to each faculty. The list of faculties will be made from some of the districts.

AKTU has decided to upload all the semester exams results till June 2016. So, that the new session should start on time. For the students welfare these steps are taken by the university and some new changes will also be there in future.

University is taking crucial steps towards some major problems. As till now these are just declarations, lets see in future what are its results. Being a AKTU STUDENTS What is your take on this…………..

 

Hi-Tech Featured Degree: AKTU

Hi-Tech Featured Degree, Isn’t it sounding something extraordinary. AKTU University has announced a wonderful idea of providing a hi-tech featured degree to the AKTU Students. This degree can be verified anywhere in the world due to its hi-tech features. The hi-tech features that are included in the degree are:

  • Degree will be associated with cloud computing
  • Every degree will have its own QR code
  • When this code will be scanned by mobile, a url will be generated
  • By the moment the person clicks on the url generated he will be able to see the degree of respective person.
  • This time all the 64,083 degrees are to be uploaded on cloud

Advantages of using Cloud Computing

In cloud computing, the software works on online server, due to which the data can be accessed anywhere in the world. This will also help to verify if any fraud degrees will be shown by anyone. So students should not have to come in university for the verification process. This will help students in many ways.

Degrees with Medals

This time University has also introduced some new medals which will be awarded to students.

  • University has added 15 new medals
  • The medals will be awarded to 5 government colleges students.
  • The medals and degrees will be awarded to students by the honourable Home Minister of India Rajnath Singh. Total 62 medals will be given to the students.
  • Separate certificates for medals will also be given.

 

The medals will encourage students to work hard in the fields so as to get awarded. So all of you must work hard so as to get this prestigious medal to you.

 

Digital Evaluation of answer sheets: AKTU

Hello friends, have you heard about Digital Evaluation. If not then know about it from here s it is going to be a part of your results.  AKTU University has now decided to include Digital Evaluation of copies in their curriculum. This is step taken by the university to fulfil some important needs that are listed below.

  • With digital evaluation of answer sheets the results will be declared on time. The colleges will be given a prior decided date to upload the sessional marks. After the final date the link to upload the marks will be locked. If any college will fail to upload the sessional marks on time, then they will be fined Rs. 1 lakh.
  • The digital evaluation will start from this session. The exams that will held on may 2016 will be digitally evaluated that will help students to see the evaluated answer sheets. For challenge evaluation there will be 30 days given to students from the day of result declaration.
  • For this session practical exams will be held before the theory exams from 02 May 2016 to 10 May 2016.
  • The theory exams will start from 12 May 2016 and the results will be declared till 30 June 2016.
  • Now the degree as well as marksheet of the students will be directly sent to the student’s house
  • There are some other rules that are included in unfair means category

 

At this moment Vice Chancellor of AKTU Professor Vinay Kumar Pathak said “ The transparency in university is my main aim. The rule will help students to give exams on time and results will also be declared timely so that students can get their degree. This will definitely lead to positive results in future.”

Examination Regulator Professor J.P Pandey said “ In this era of digitized world, Digital Evaluation is a step taken by university to make working of examination department better and students will also get rid of their problems.”

Students on Hunger Strike: AKTU

Hey friends, hope you all will be fine and have had a colourful holi. But there is something going on in AKTU that you all must be aware about. All the AKTU students will agree to this point that the evaluation of the answer sheets done by the University of Semester Exam is not up to the mark. Due to which there are lots of problem faced by the AKTU students. But very less take action against it. So a group of students in Lucknow are protesting for the different issues in AKTU.  The students are on Hunger strike (Bhukh hadtal) protesting against the scams done in answer sheet evaluation in B.Tech and B.Pharma, Rules of back paper and to declare the results of special carry over exams timely.

The students have the support of CYSS, a student wing of Aam Aadmi Party. The convener of CYSS, Bobby Ramani said “Our Prime Minister sees a dream of Digital India whose base is youth. But the corruption in Education and scams in Technical universities will how lead to Digital India vision. ”

State Convener of AITSF, Mr. Ashutosh Pandey said “The students have sent letters to various departments UGC, Government Office, Governor Ofiice, and NHRD. But there was no reply from the departments.”

STUDENTS DEMANDS

The students are demanding for some of the specific things for all the AKTU Students. The demands of the students protesting are:

  • The re-evaluation of previous session exam answer sheets results are not declared timely due to which students were not able to appear in the present semester exams should be promoted to next session.
  • The results of Special Carry Over exams should be declared timely.
  • There should be a single window provided for the carry over, special carry over and year back.
  • The rechecking fees should be reduced from Rs. 5000 to Rs. 500
  • The answer sheets must be available in pdf format on the website so that to maintain transparency.
  • For examination committee there should be separate committee to keep eye on them to have unbiased inquiry.
  • The checking should be done correctly and the results should be declared on time.
  • The rigged in scholarships should be removed.

 

Students are on Hunger Strike and are protesting from 19, March 2016 but there is no reaction from the Government side.
