“FUSION 2016” the mid autumn and the most awaited fest is here. FUSION 2016 the annual fest of GNIOT is in its new form with new events and with the crowd of the participators and spectators filled with zest and zeal.

Quiz-
Wanna show your presence of mind? You are exactly at right place.i.e Quiz with all new, knockout format,with every question on the buzzer, teams are constantly in a do or die situation that will leave you on the edge of your seats,breathlessly waiting for the next question. Are you ready?? Go ahead!!
Rules &Regulations-
Format:
Written Prelims
- Members per team = 2.
- Top 8 teams from prelims qualify for finals
Finals Format:
Each of the head to head matches will have about 10-15 questions on the buzzer with sudden death tie breakers
The coordinators’ decision is final and binding.

App Development-
Basically, app development is all about showing how your fingers and mind work simultaneously on computer coding. It shows your technical skill on computer programming. It can be of many lines and the thing you need is how to operate computer and yeah language like c++ , java too. In this you will be able to show your creativity or your need, whatever you feel missing in your mobile phones or in laptops.
Yes, you can design your own app.
Rules and Regulations-
Topics will be provided one day before the event on which the app has to be developed either in Android or Windows Platform.
- You have to bring all the necessary pics required in the app on the day of event.
- 2 hours time will be given for the development of the app on the day of event.
- You have to bring your own systems for app development. If you fail to do so, you will be disqualified.
- It is not necessary to publish the app.
- Judges decision will be final. Application source code has to be verified by the judges for app authentication.
- Accessing Internet, Copied source codes or prebuilt apps are strictly prohibited and will lead to disqualification.
Entry Fee-
Rs. 100
Prizes –
Winner: Rs 600 + VOUCHERS worth Rs. 1,000.
1st Runner-up : Rs 300 + VOUCHERS worth Rs. 500.
2nd Runner-up : VOUCHERS worth Rs. 600.
