UPTU 2nd / 3rd year special Carryover Exams [Failed / Detained students]
UPTU has recently released a circular for the conduction of special carryover exams for 2nd and 3rd year students who were either failed or were detained from giving the semester exams. University has also declared that any such rule will not be prevailed in future. It is just an arrangement made out of chaos due to merging of MTU and GBTU and former rules of MTU.
So this is a big relief for students those who were detained or those who were given failed status in the result. They can give special carryover exam and save their year. You can read the official circular of the same here : UPTU Official circular for 2nd and 3rd year special carryover exams
Note : Last date to fill the special carryover forms is 25 August 2014 through college login.

Sir first year carry over exam bhi second year ke sath hi honge ya phir pehle honge meri back hai math 2 me aur ek back 3rd sem ki hai please reply maine form to fill kar diye hai but schedule ka abhi tak pta pta nahi hai please suggest me thanks

There is no any circular for B Pharma and is not likely to come as well.
