Quality Education

KIET is one of the best institutes imparting quality education in UPTU. In KIET, concepts are given more importance than any other thing. KIET takes every measure to ensure that rote learning is not done by students, so that they can perform well in their exams too. In addition to quality education, students are also encouraged to perform well in practical, so that they get a deep insight into the subject. Because of this, many students get top ranks in GATE. Also, newspapers are also distributed to all interested students, so that they are also aware of what’s going around in the world they are living in.

Faculties

KIET has good faculty. Nearly all of them have post-graduation degrees, and many have doctorate degree. All of them are highly experienced. The different Head of Departments have given outstanding contribution in their field. Overall, KIET has good faculty. They all try to bring the best out of students. The entire faculty is monitored by HODs on a regular basis by taking feedback from students.

Placement

KIET has a good placement record. Different companies from all over India regularly visit the campus and recruit students from here. Many students of KIET have also got 8 Lakhs plus package. KIET has well adept Corporate Relations and Placement Centre piloted by a dedicated team. KIET has successfully placed the students in reputed National & Multi-National Companies like: TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Mahindra & Mahindra, Cummins, Simplex Infrastructure, Samsung India Electronics, Lohia Star linger, Indian Navy, Indian Army, Cognizant, NIIT Technologies, etc.

College Hostel

KIET accommodates most of its students in campus hostels. All the students are provided LAN in their rooms. Some hostels have full Wi-Fi connectivity. Mess facility provided is good and is regularly monitored by administration. KIET also provides a gymnasium, tennis court, basketball court, badminton court, cricket ground, & volleyball court. Special screening of matches is organized during crucial matches of Indian cricket team. A well-structured Auditorium has been constructed recently along with an indoor Badminton court. Overall hostel life is good.

Canteen and Cafeteria

KIET provides 24-hr Nescafe coffee Shop and a mini restaurant BIG TREAT for hostel students. The main cafeteria is maintained by Green Chillies and serves good food at a cheaper price for students. Students celebrate their birthdays in cafeteria too. Overall the students are satisfied by the facilities provided in KIET.
1 star deducted because cafeteria becomes overcrowded during lunch hours.
