There is a lot of confusion, regarding detained students who were not able to give odd semester examination due to short attendance or any other issue. However university has recently released a circular which clearly states that college can not deny any student to attend classes for even semester and can not deny a student to appear in even sem exams. The circular clearly states that result of any student is declared as Pass or Fail only on the basis of results of both semesters, not only on the outcome of any one semester result.

Talk to your college, if you will be given a chance to sit in carryover exams or not. Because as per the rule of YB, students those who have more than 60 % credits are eligible to be secure from YB.
is there any chances for having special carryover examination for detained students this year ?????

sir i got detained in even semester exam. as per college due to my less attendance they are not giving my admit card for even 2nd semester exam.
