After the grand success of our first event Nadaan Parindey, UPTU Khabar is back with a bang. This time everything will be grand. From grand events to grand judges from grand venue to grand prizes. There will be music, dance, acting, quiz, debate and many other exciting and technical events. But for that we need volunteers. Success of any event depends on the team working on it so we are searching for it. Event will take place in March.
DUTIES OF A VOLUNTEER:
*To attend all the pre event meetings of the team.
*To help in promoting the event in every possible way.
*To be there on the days of event.
*To help in paperwork during the event.
*To maintain discipline during the day of event and to help the participants/audience by clearing their queries.
*To do the task assigned to them by the Organizing team. A task varies from collecting data, analyzing data, maintaining records etc.
*To be an honest and dedicated member of the team.
WHAT WILL A VOLUNTEER GET IN RETURN?
*Certificate from UPTU Khabar for being the volunteer of the mega event and helping in the success of the event.
*Food and refreshment during the days of event.
*Real life experience of handling people, meeting new people, handling the situation and a chance to work in a professional environment.
*Exposure and confident and if you are good at your work than you may get the Fame too.
*If found good and dedicated than you will be given a chance to be a part of UPTU Khabar family as the permanent member.

NOTE:
*This is a Volunteering program and you will get certificate for it. No cash or any money will be paid to any volunteer.
*A volunteer will have to bear his travelling charge on its own.
*If any volunteer is found to be indulged in any activity which will damage the image of the event than he/she will be terminated without any notice.
*If any mishap occurs during the event than Organizing committee is not responsible for it.
*Decision of Organizing team will be final and no objections will be entertained.
